KADRA has been working for the local community since 1996

In 1995 a group of residents were concerned with the poor housing management on the estate. As a result they formed a constituted group and began discussions and negotiations with the local housing office and other organisations. In following years they incorporated a wider area and became known as Kingsheath and District Residents Association (K.A.D.R.A.). Liverpool City council issued the group with a lease for a council house, 315 Kingsheath Avenue, to use as an office.

KADRA went on to form Power EMB in 2002

We still work closely with Power and other organisations in the area.

The KADRA committee consists of ordinary residents, just like you, working for the betterment of their estate.

The aim of this web site is to keep all our residents informed of the services we provide.

Volunteers are always welcomed.
